Diane Bouzebiba (Head of Amadeus Rail Business Unit)

Head of the Amadeus Rail Business Unit since September 2007, Diane has held several Senior Manager positions over her seven years with Amadeus IT Group and brings her wide experience to the Rail area in this critical growth period. Immediately prior to joining Amadeus, Diane was Commercial Director of a software consultancy company, providing business-enhancing IT solutions to global customers.

A British national, Diane holds a BA(Hons) in Management Science from the University of Lancaster (UK), and a post graduate diploma from University of Manchester (UK)

 

Doug Howe (Head of Amadeus Rail Development)

Previously COO of OneRail, Doug is now Head of Amadeus Rail Development since October 2008. Doug joined OneRail in 2004 and has been responsible for the programme management and delivery of the Orion Suite to both RailCorp and Queensland Rail in Australia.

Doug has extensive experience in the both the travel and software engineering industry sectors. Doug has been responsible for the management, delivery, and integration of a wide variety of travel and reservation systems.

Doug also has a depth of experience in designing and delivering solutions to Travel Agencies and Airports having delivered many solutions in the UK and Australia, including Flight Information Systems at Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, Stanstead Airport, Glasgow Airport, Aberdeen Airport and Edinburgh Airport.

 

Philip Martin (Head of Amadeus Rail Marketing)

Phil's main responsibilities are setting and implementing the Amadeus Rail marketing strategy and tactics. Since he joined Amadeus in 1990 he has held various senior manager positions in both development and marketing in a variety of business lines, such as Hospitality, Tours, Car Rental, Airlines, Insurance, Ferry and Cruise. Philip has worked with the railways since 1999 as both Business Unit Manager and Head of Ground & Maritime product management.

Prior to joining Amadeus, Phil worked for both British Airways and American Express as a systems engineer. He holds a degree in Environmental Science from Sussex University, something that is becoming more and more useful with today’s focus on “green” travel.

 

Bertrand Poey (Head of Product Management)

Bertrand has been with Amadeus since 2008, working as a project manager in the car rental business area before joining the Amadeus Rail team in 2009.  He has gained vast experience in a variety of industries including automotives, telecoms, aviation, and transport, heading major projects for companies such as Siemens, Sema Group Telecom, France Telecom and Esso.

He holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and graduated from E.S.I.E.A in Paris with a degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Automatic Technology.

 

Anthony Cozens (Head of Product Management - Amadeus Rail IT)

Anthony is a Senior Business Analyst with Amadeus, having previously been with OneRail since January 2005. He has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and has extensive experience in the design and development of numerous software applications for clients in the finance industry and government organisations, and has worked on application development for the travel industry since 1997

Anthony has been involved with the evolution of the Amadeus Rail IT Reservations System (Orion) since 2005, and has worked very closely with existing clients at RailCorp and Queensland Rail being responsible for the understanding and documentation of their requirements, and ensuring the systems delivered have met their business needs. Has had an excellent understanding of the needs of rail operators having met numerous operators throughout the world over the last several years.

 

Valerie Bozonnat (Head of Product Management - Amadeus Rail Distribution)

Valerie has been with Amadeus since 1993. She has worked with various Amadeus departments such as Billing, Content and Statistics, Travel Agency Management (TAM) and the TOPS business unit where she was responsible for the product management of the Amadeus Selling Platform baseline, All Fares and Quality Control.

She joined the Rail Business Unit in 2008, bringing strong experience in both Travel Agency and Airline areas with a wide knowledge of Amadeus products. Prior to Amadeus, Valerie worked for various companies in the car, insurance and financial domains as a project manager.

 

Cathy Meade (Programme Management - Amadeus Rail)

Cathy has been working with the Amadeus Rail product suite (includes OneRail) since September 2006. Her main responsibility is the Program Management of the whole global Rail offer, based in Nice, France.

Cathy managed the implementation of the Rail IT product for our Australian customers. Cathy has over 8 years experience in project, program & business management for enterprise level software development environments spanning a variety of business lines, such as Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking and Travel/Rail.

Prior to joining Amadeus, Cathy worked for Onerail and as such brings Rail IT product knowledge and experience to the team.Cathy holds a Social Science Degree from University College Dublin and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) & Prince 2 Practitioner.

 

Michelle Allen (Sales and Account Manager - Amadeus Rail)

Michelle joined the Amadeus Rail Business Unit as Sales and Account Manager, in 2009 based in Sydney. 

Michelle has over 5 years experience with Amadeus in the fields of Corporate Marketing and Global Account Management. In her last role Michelle managed 8 key multinational accounts with global responsibility in over 30 markets.

Michelle holds a first class honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Bournemouth.
