Amadeus Total Rail Customer Forum 2010 – next week!
We’re now mere days away from the beginning of the Amadeus Total Rail Customer Forum, which starts on Monday evening with a cocktail dinner reception, before the first presentations, plenary sessions and workshops on Tuesday. Here at Amadeus Rail we’re looking forward to seeing so many delegates and representatives from railways worldwide, as well ashearing from the rail industry expert speakers, including Dr Oliver Haferbeck from Deutsche Bahn and Mark Smith, ‘The Man in Seat 61’. Our Amadeus Total Rail technology solutions will be available to explore in ‘360’, a space we have created for delegates to see how technology can make a difference to their businesses.
We’re also intrigued to see how the five delegate workshops approach the themes they will discuss: ‘Understanding your customer’; ‘Selling outside your domestic market’; ‘Volcano! Did we cope? What were the costs?’; ‘Selling through social networks’ and ‘Using technology to improve the customer experience’.
