Mirja joined the Amadeus Rail team in 2011 after a few years working in the distribution business of Amadeus. For the last years, she played a key role in bringing rail IT and distribution solutions to both travel selters and railways.

Our host place Sophia Antipolis (Nice) is known for being the European Union’s leading technology hub.

More than 2,200 companies, including business and engineering schools, institutions and research organizations are located in this privileged enclave in the French Riviera. Amadeus main Research and Development center is also located in Europe’s largest Technology park. Our teams design and develop innovate travel solutions directly from France.

Located in the French Riviera, Sophia Antipolis is just 20 minutes’ drive from Nice International Airport.

The Amadeus Rail Innovation Forum will take place at the Amadeus Executive Briefing Center located in Sophia Antipolis. The Amadeus premises are just 20 minutes drive from Nice International Airport.

The Welcome Cocktail

The welcome reception will take place in the Golden Tulip Hotel, in Sophia Antipolis. Located in Sophia Antipolis technology park you will easily get there from Nice International Airport in 20 minutes drive.


Hotel payment:

Attendance to the Rail Innovation Forum 2019 is free however you will be asked to cover your own travel and accommodation.

Room rates:

We have preferred rates in two hotels in Sophia Antipolis:

  • The Golden Tulip Sophia Antipolis: room rate single occupancy including breakfast €145 per night. You can book directly this hotel online when filling in your registration form.
  • The Mercure Sophia Antipolis: room rate single occupancy including breakfast €122 per night. You can book this hotel by phone (+33 4 92 96 04 04) or email mentioning the discount code “Amadeus October file” to benefit from the preferred rate. Transfers to attend the Welcome Reception at the Golden Tulip will be provided.
